Third Perk Coffee House and Wine Bar is one of the newest downtown Dayton locations to open a spacious patio for outdoor dining and drinks, and it also has added a full-service bar to the selection of drinks patrons can enjoy. Third Perk unveiled the outdoor seating in June, with the new patio wrapping around the Third Street and St. Clair Avenue corner of the business. The cafe has also expanded its hours of operation to include evening hours on Friday and Saturdays that accompany the new alcoholic menu, and is hosting different events, including a Reggae Night event every Saturday.
