Crawford Hoying‘s residential sales agency will soon have a permanent office in downtown Dayton. Dublin-based Address will be opening its second office at 418 E. First St. in the Water Street District. Crawford Hoying and Woodard Development both played a major role in building the mixed-use neighborhood which is already home to three housing developments and more than 700 residents. Another two facilities, the Monument and the Sutton, are expected to open in the coming months. “We are strongly committed to the city of Dayton and look forward to offering these residential services to the local community,” principal and founder of Crawford Hoying, Brent Crawford, said in a release.
