Tell us a bit about yourself and your business.
We’re a fashion forward boutique that caters to women’s apparel, while offering unique authentic pieces that will not only make you feel good on the inside, but the outside as well… While bringing out the true fashionista in you.
What made you decide to open your own small business and how long have you been in operation?
I decided to open my business two years ago after losing my sister suddenly in 2013 – the boutique is named after her. It was a way to keep her name and legacy alive while doing something that we both enjoyed doing when she was alive, and that included traveling and creating a fashion forward experience for the ideal woman that will empower and give them the confidence that they need. Her motto was “when you look good you feel good.”
What do you enjoy about working in downtown Dayton?
There is so much excitement working in the downtown Dayton area. Being centrally located is a great perk. Being able to network with other business owners is a plus as well. Just being a part of the revitalization that our downtown Dayton is currently undergoing.
Tell us something about your business that may surprise people to learn.
People are surprised by the experience that they will receive while shopping with us, plus they’re amazed at the unique authentic pieces that we have to offer not limiting us, but being able to meet all fashion forward needs by catering to all shapes and sizes.
How is your business coping with the pandemic and how can people support you now?
Business is good. Our online sales have increased due to covid, which has allowed us to gain the capital that we need to open our first “brick & mortar” that will allow customers to not only enjoy the fashion experience online, but in person as well. We’re here to meet all your fashion forward needs! Thanks for thinking of our business.
