  •        Amenities: Will you need private offices or an open work plan? Access to a heavy-capacity freight elevator? Conference rooms? Think about how customers will interact with your space, how your employees will work in the space, and other features of the space and building itself that are deal-breakers for your business.
  •        Flexible, non-traditional space: If you're just starting out, you may want to explore short-term office product that includes options like coworking, dedicated desk space, and small private offices designed to fit different budgets and business models.
