Native Daytonian Bringing Two New Businesses to Downtown

Mike Colvin Fast Facts

The owner of a soon-to-be-downtown boutique is already setting her sights to the future with plans to open another downtown business. A grand opening of clothing store After5 is expected in September at 111 E. Third Street in the Fire Blocks District. This will be the first physical location for the already successful online clothing store. While work is underway, owner Erin Parrott is looking ahead to another new business expected to open later this year. The Reserve on Third will be a dual lounge and bar space with a full cocktail menu. The event space will open at 452 E. Third Street, the former home of Therapy Cafe. Parrott is a native Daytonian and says she’s excited to continue contributing to downtown’s growth. “It’s a really strong location,” Parrot told the Dayton Business Journal. “I already see the change that’s been happening downtown in the last five years, and I think it’s gonna cultivate and expand more.”
