Moeller Brew Barn has been revealed as the newest addition to the Water Street District development in downtown Dayton. The new downtown Dayton eatery and bar, which owners told the Dayton Daily News is projected to open in the spring of 2022, will have a restaurant, on-site brewery production, an outdoor beer garden with pet-friendly and bicycle-friendly seating, and three bars, which will include a second-story bar that will overlook the Day Air Ballpark and Dayton Dragons games. The local brewery, which operates locations in Maria Stein and Troy, told the newspaper the development in downtown Dayton attracted them to open a third location in the heart of the city. Developers of the brewery project, which include Brackett Builders, Crawford Hoying and Woodard Development, also have plans for the area around the old Mendelson’s building to include an AC Marriott Hotel, a new Bracket Builders’ headquarters and more.
