A warehouse property at 535 E. Third St. has been sold for $1 million to Coda Management Group, an Illinois-based company. The company turns “undervalued” warehouse properties to self-storage facilities. They hope to have the project completed by late 2019 or early 2020. The 86,640-square-foot, five-story building was built in 1913 in the downtown-adjacent Webster Station neighborhood.
