A new eatery is coming to downtown – and it will be operated by students! The University of Dayton’s Flyer Enterprises, the fourth-largest student-run business in the country, will launch its own bistro in the Dayton Arcade. The name and menu of the new eatery, which will take up about 2,000 square feet in the Arcade, will be released later this month. The bistro is just one component of the Arcade Innovation Hub, which is the joint venture between UD and The Entrepreneurs Center. They signed a 10-year lease on the Arcade and are expected to invest more than $10 million during their tenure.
