In recent Dayton Arcade news, Sinclair College has announced it is adding its name to the list of the tenants that will occupy space once the historic building project completes its first phase of redevelopment later this year. The school has signed a lease for 2,500 square feet of space within the The Hub at the Arcade and will launch The Sinclair Entrepreneur Center, which will provide access to learning opportunities and support from local business owners. The announcement of this latest lease at the Arcade was included in news that leasing within the first phase of the project is already filling up, with leases in The Hub being 25 percent occupied, and spaces for lease within the rotunda of the Arcade at capacity.
