A group of restaurant business partners have announced they will open their first venture together in the Fire Blocks District of downtown Dayton at 127 E. Third St. The full-service bar and restaurant, Jollity, will offer menus of “staple” and “celebration” dishes, and its cocktail list will be filled with well-known classics but also the staff’s own twists, the restaurateur group told Dayton.com. The 2,050-square-foot brick-and-mortar location is slated to open within the first quarter of 2021, but for now the group has been holding “pop up” dining events at other Dayton establishments to showcase their fare.
