A Columbus-based development company is deepening its roots in Dayton. Crawford Hoying, one of the Water Street developers, recently acquired The Landing apartments, increasing the company’s stakes along the riverfront. The 166-unit complex was originally developed by St. Louis-based McCormack Baron Salazar, one of three partners investing in renovating the Dayton Arcade.
