Downtown Dayton-based construction company, Miller Valentine Group, has moved its Dayton headquarters, but remains committed to downtown Dayton in its new home at 409 Monument Avenue. Miller Valentine gave other local business leaders a peek inside the redeveloped second-floor office space during an open house on December 2. About 50 Miller Valentine associates made the move to Monument Avenue from their old headquarters in the Barclay Building on Main Street, which will be converted into a boutique hotel by its new ownership group, Lawyers Development of Columbus and First Hospitality of Chicago.
