Mike Colvin Fast Facts

A global technology company is expanding into Ohio and will move into 8,000 square feet of office space in the Stratachace Tower in downtown Dayton. The expansion of Exela Technologies, a business process automation company based in Irving, Texas, will employ 50 people in the company’s downtown Dayton office once the business is moved into the new space by the end of this year or early 2021, according to the Dayton Business Journal. Exela employs 22,000 people in 23 countries, and serves customers in 50 countries across the globe. The announcement of the new tenant comes after owners of Stratacache Tower have been working to bolster occupancy rates, including investing millions in transforming office spaces and updating the building infrastructure for current and future tenants.
