The Dayton Holiday Festival, presented by DP&L, returns to downtown Dayton beginning Friday, Nov. 29, with the Grande Illumination and Dayton Children’s Parade Spectacular in Lights! The fun kicks off from 4 to 9 p.m. the day after Thanksgiving and continues throughout December.
