Mike Colvin Fast Facts

A Miami County company is renovating a building in Webster Station to relocate its headquarters. Energy Optimizers USA will move all 18 of its employees to the 4,000-square-foot space at 620 E. First St. early next year. The firm works with educational, governmental, commercial and industrial customers to implement energy savings programs aimed at reducing operational costs, including lighting retrofits, renewable energy projects (wind and solar), HVAC retrofit projects, building automation retrofits and energy education programs. “We are excited about moving to our new Dayton office space,” said Vice President of Business Development Belinda Kenley. “This convenient location will allow us to work very effectively as a team to provide comprehensive energy solutions for local government, educational and commercial customers.” A groundbreaking ceremony took place earlier today at the site of the space.
