Pennsylvania-based Lindy Communities recently closed the purchase of another downtown residential complex. JP Flats, at the corner of Jefferson and Second streets, sold for $1.39 million. Locally, Lindy Communities owns the St. Clair Lofts and also recently purchased the 14-story Dayton Towers for about $13.5 million. The newest additions to the Lindy portfolio are slated for renovations. JP Flats already has two new businesses in its first floor commercial space. A+ Cleaners opened in 2018, and White House Event Center will have its grand opening on Friday, June 14. All these residential complexes are co-managed with Oberer Management Services.
