Demolition is underway on the former Wright State University Kettering Center to clear the way for “The Monument,” a new apartment complex in downtown Dayton. The Monument is the latest in a string of downtown projects for developers Crawford Hoying, and is slated to be a 124-unit apartment complex that will also feature first-floor retail space and a parking garage across from RiverScape MetroPark.
