Hot Glass Blowing Classes for Adults

Adult Evening Hot Glass Blowing: March 2, 9, 16, 23; 7pm-9pm
Explore the art of glass in this series of classes that will teach you how to make fused glass artwork that will be melted in a kiln along with a variety of beads and small sculptural objects made over a flame! Your glass creations will be turned into jewelry, sculptures or mobiles. Take your jewelry making skills to the next level while learning about wire wrapping, beading and salt water etching. You’ll make a collection of necklaces and bracelets utilizing these techniques and the beads you created! There are only 8 spots available, so act fast before they’re all gone!
PLEASE BE ADVISED: This is a high intensity class, so we ask that any student signing up for this class please adhere to the following requirements. If a student comes to class without the following bolded items, they will not be permitted to enter the Hot Glass studio:
- Students must wear closed toed shoes
- Students must wear jeans, shorts will not be accepted
- Students must bring water
A light, long sleeved shirt is not required, but recommended
Students should wear clothes that can get messy.
