Belle of Dayton, which takes its name from a whiskey bottle unearthed in downtown Dayton during a 2010 excavation, produces small batch, artisan spirits in downtowns Oregon District. The distillery features a tasting room open Thursdays-Saturdays for sampling its vodka, rum, bourbon, and other spirits available for purchase.
