Street closings, construction and other transportation updates in Your Downtown
The Downtown Dayton Partnership wants to make it easy for you to get to your destination. As soon as we are notified of planned changes that will impact downtown traffic routes, we will post the information here for your convenience. You can also sign up for our Street Closings Alerts to receive emails about some of the more major changes.
Planned Street Closures for Hispanic Heritage Festival:
- Monument Ave. between Jefferson St. and Patterson Blvd. from 6:00 p.m. September 10 through 2:00 a.m. September 12
- St. Clair St. between Frist St. and Monument Ave. from 6:00 p.m. September 10 through 2:00 a.m. September 12
- Harries St. between Monument Ave. and the WorkFlow One garage from 6:00 p.m. September 10 through 2:00 a.m. September 12
- (Monument Ave. exits and entry from WSU and Engineers Club, alley behind Memorial Hall and NW corner of Memorial Hall also closed from 6:00 p.m. September 10 through 2:00 a.m. September 12)
Planned Street Closures for Taste of the Miami Valley:
- Monument Ave. between Jefferson St. and Patterson Blvd. from 6:00 p.m. September 16 through 2:00 a.m. September 19
- St. Clair St. between Frist St. and Monument Ave. from 6:00 p.m. September 16 through 2:00 a.m. September 19
- Harries St. between Monument Ave. and the WorkFlow One garage from 6:00 p.m. September 16 through 2:00 a.m. September 19

Planned Street Closures for Making Strides Against Breast Cancer:
- Rolling roadblock from 10:00 a.m. through noon October 16: From Fifth Third Field starting on Riverside Dr. and continuing to Helena St., Northbend Blvd., Deeds Park Dr., Webster St., and Monument Ave.
