This property offers first-floor retail space and space that can be converted to loft-style housing units. The building is located at 146 E. Third St.

About the Architects
Greg L. Lauterbach, Architect, LLC moved his business to Brown St. in the historic Oregon District in May 2008. He generally runs the business by himself and focuses on both commercial and residential projects.

Located on Merchant's Row just blocks from the heart of downtown and the Oregon Arts District, the Gagel Building is redesigned as a "green" mixed use project that features four ground-level retail units and 12 two-bedroom loft apartments. Additional amenities include:
