The Oregon District welcomed its newest business on August 31 with the opening of Mike’s Vintage Toys. The shop at 508 E. Fifth St. is full of collectible toys, vintage action figures, pop-culture, board games, and other memorabilia from as far back as the 1960s, with a focus on items from the ’70s to the ’90s. Previously located in Springboro, shop owner Mike Patterson cited the Oregon District’s great community of small businesses and busy foot traffic among reasons for relocating downtown.
