A downtown nonprofit that champions community initiatives has found a new home at Talbott Tower. The Collaboratory has taken first-floor space inside the Tower, which can be accessed from either the First or Ludlow Street entrances. Co-working and creative exchange activities take place from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. weekdays. Previous projects include 3rd Sundays at Front Street, Dayton Sewing Collaborative, and Dayton Porchfest.
