Woodard Development has completed renovation work on the majority of 607 E. Third St. Tangram Flex, a software company that specializes in cyber-physical systems engineering, joins defense contractor JJR Solutions and Business Furniture in the newly revitalized facility. Tangram Flex is a new spinoff from Galois, a Portland, Ore.-based software company; JJR Solutions relocated its office from Beavercreek to downtown Dayton’s Webster Station.
