Developers of the Dayton Arcade recently announced they hired Apex Commercial Group as its official leasing agent. Apex will work with Cross Street Partners to realign current leasing in the Kuhns building at Fourth and Main as well as find new commercial tenants for the North Arcade. Apex says it already has a few leads on first-floor tenants. Phase One of the development is slated to be complete in 2020. The public is invited to play a special role in a streetscaping project for the Arcade: During Art in the City on August 2, visit Courthouse Square to participate in a community mosaic-building project. Sponsored by PNC Bank, the large gem will be part of a sidewalk design for the new Arcade entrance.
